Heating consists of heat pump with floor heating on the lower floor and radiators on the upper floors. Ski lift in Dieni and Tschamut/Selva train station reachable by car in 5 minutes. A wide range of leisure activities are available in the summer as well as in the winter: The Skiarena Andermatt-Sedrun, an ice skating rink, a cross country course, bking and hiking trails in the immediate vicinity of the house, swimming pond and indoor swimming pool with wellness area in Sedrun.
