The 4 room apartment located on the ground floor of a two family house on a quiet and sunny location with a nice view on the Flims rock and the other mountains above Flims Dorf (Runcs). In the summer terrace with barbecue, large game / lawn. In winter, about 50 meters from the ski slopes. Parking is available at the house.
