Completed in January 2015 apartment is situated on the southern slopes of Flims. The ski route to and from the slopes is 20 meters away from the garage. In 10 minutes you reach the village center and 2 minutes to the bus stop. The 32 m2 covered garden terrace offers a fantastic view of the Flimser Stone (Flimser Stein) over to the Signina mountain group. The car can be left free in the garage on arrival and departure. It has enough space for bikes, sleds and skis. An extra parking space can be rented on request for CHF 10.00 / day. In the large storage room (placed in the apartment) there is a freezer and it has plenty of room for ski boots, Ski clothes, suitcases etc. The apartment has a controlled ventilation and floor heating. For pets unfortunately it has no place.
