Private: natural state property, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, 15.05.-30.10.). Outdoor shower. 2 m long motor access. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, railway station "Santa Maria de Palautordera" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Natural del Montseny. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
